Arizona Food Safety Professionals ®
General policy:
Rescheduling Policy: $25.00 fee to reschedule class/exam, one courtesy reschedule if advance notice is given more than 10 days prior to class/exam date.
Refund/Cancellation Policy for classes and exams: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded if notice is given more than 10 days prior to scheduled class/exam date. 75% refund if notice is given less than 7 days prior to class/exam date. Unused registrations will be forfeited after 6 months of original payment date.
NO REFUNDS FOR SERVSAFE FOOD HANDLER ONLINE COURSE ONCE WE HAVE EMAILED ACCESS CODE(S). NO EXCEPTIONS. ACCESS CODES CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE PER ACCESS CODE.
Homestudy Candidates: Examination must be taken within 3 months of registration or registration fee will be forfeited.
Class Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel class/exam up to 2 days before class/exam date, at which time candidate will be notified to reschedule at no charge or will be given a full refund.
Pricing Changes and Policies: We reserve the right to change prices and policies at any time.
Returned Check Fees: $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Passing Guarantee: If you are not absolutely satisfied with a Arizona Food Safety Professionals Certified Food Manager Class after attending one, we will refund your money. (Note: You must notify instructor prior to taking State Certified Exam to qualify. You will not be allowed to take exam. No refund will be given after exam has been administered.)
If you do not pass the state certified exam given at the end of one of our classes, you may attend as many classes as you wish in the future, free of charge, until you do pass. (There is a re-test fee, but absolutely NO fee for redoing the seminar - a $55.00 value.)
Price Match Guarantee: We will match pricing for any current comparable food safety class with exam. Services offered from competitor must include comparable services - ex. length of class instruction (6 hour minimum class + exam), comparable nationally approved exam type (ServSafe or Prometric). Customer must provide a copy of written documentation (ex. printed advertisement, flyer, website details) at time of registration to qualify for price match guarantee. We reserve the right to verify the competitor's price before issuing price match. Price Match Guarantee does not apply to private classes or any other services or offerings or discounts not availble to general public. (example: discount due to membership) Price Match is only available prior to class date and for exact certification ie: ServSafe for ServSafe, Prometric for Promteric.
Privacy Policy: Arizona Food Safety Professionals does not sell the information it collects from you on our website. Arizona Food Safety Professionals will only share the relevant data we collect with our affiliate partners such as the testing services we work with. If your goods or services on the Arizona Food Safety Professionals website has been paid for by another organization (ex. your employer), we may also share some relevant information with that organization.
Please review the information you input on the registration form before you submit so that it is accurate in our database. Upon request, we will correct/change/remove personal information from our customer database as necessary.
