Note: All food establishments handling open, potentially hazardous food must have one certified food service manager on staff per facility. Obtaining managerial certification is a two step process. The first step is to pass a state certified exam, the second is to acquire a Certified Food Manager photo ID license from your county Environmental Health Division.
